How to enter the online room

This article shows attendees how to enter the online room from the link they received, and how to turn on the sound to hear the speaker.

Steps to enter the room​

  1. Open the room link you received.
  2. If the page asks for an access code, type the code you received in the Enter the room's access code field, then click Enter.
  3. Type your first and last name in the Enter your name field. If you are signed in to the platform, your name is filled in for you.
  4. Click Join.
  5. In the audio window, click Listen only.
  6. Make sure the headphones icon is always blue.
Note

If the room has not started yet, you see the message Not started yet. Stay on the page, and you will join automatically when the room starts.
