Recorded virtual class lectures

This article shows where to find the recordings of your virtual rooms, and what you can do with them.

Where do I find the recordings?

1. From the dashboard, click Virtual Classes.

2. Choose Recordings.

   

What you can do with a recording

Your recordings show in a table. To use a recording, click the ⋯ (Actions) button at the end of its row, then choose what you want.

When the recording is done processing, you can:

• Copy link: to share the link to watch the video (the protected copy).
• Watch: to watch the video (a protected copy that cannot be downloaded). You can also click the recording name to watch it.
• Download: to download the video as an MP4 file.

Note

Processing time can be different from one recording to another, based on the session's content and length.

You can also:

• Show in room page or Hide from room page: when you share the room link, the recording shows on the room's join page.
• Delete the recording.
• Hide from everyone: people who have the video link cannot watch or download it. To show it again, click Show to link holders.
• Rename: to change the recording's name.

Steps to download a recording

1. Click ⋯ at the end of the recording row.

2. Click Download.

   

3. The recording opens. Click the three dots in the corner of the page.

   

4. Choose Download.
