I did not get the verification code by email

If the verification code does not reach your email when you sign up on the platform or sign in, follow these steps.

If the code does not arrive​

  1. Refresh your inbox.

  2. Look in your spam (junk) folder or in the Updates tab.

  3. If you did steps 1 and 2 and the code did not arrive, make sure your email is written correctly. You can see your email on the code page, after Please enter the code sent to. If the email is wrong, click the Edit link next to your email, then write the right email and ask for the code again.

  4. When you sign in, you can ask for a new code: click Resend on the code page after two minutes.

If you did all of the above and still did not get the code, we advise you to sign up with another email.
