Sign in to the platform with your phone number

You can sign in to your account on the platform with your phone number. You get a sign-in code by text message (SMS) and use it to sign in with no password.

How to sign in with your phone number

Note

• Electronic payment with Zamn Pay must be turned on before the phone sign-in option shows.
• Your phone number must be added to your account before you can sign in with it. You can add it when you sign up on the platform or by adding the number to your account details.

1. Click Login at the top of your platform page.

2. Under OR, click Continue with mobile phone.

   

3. Choose your country code, then enter your phone number.

4. Click Request OTP.

   

5. Copy the sign-in code from the text message (SMS) you got on your phone.

   

6. Paste the code in the code field. The code is checked as soon as all 6 digits are entered, and you are signed in without clicking any button.

   

If you do not get the code, wait two minutes, then click Resend.
