Course dashboard guide

The course dashboard is where you manage everything about a course: content, students, trainers, certificates and more. This guide is for platform admins.

Open the course dashboard​

  1. Click Admin in the top bar of your platform.

  2. On the Courses page, click Edit Curriculum for the course whose dashboard you want to open.

Pages of the course dashboard​

These pages show in the course side menu in this order.

Curriculum​

Add the course content: sections, target groups and lessons.

Cohorts​

Create student cohorts for the course. You can create several cohorts for one course, and each cohort can have a different end date. If a student does not finish the targets before their cohort's end date, they cannot finish them after that date.

Students​

Add students to the course in two ways: enter each student's details by hand, or import a CSV file with the details of a group of students to add them all at once.

Applicants​

If you turn on Process applicant info before enrollment in the course settings, this page shows the applications to the course and the applicants' details.

Teams​

Create teams of students in the course.

Trainers​

Add trainers to the course. A trainer can only:

  • Preview the content.
  • Edit the content: add content to the course, and create evaluation criteria.

Certificates​

Create and issue course certificates.

Coaches​

Add coaches to the course. You pick them from your platform's coaches. A coach can preview the course content and review submissions.

Evaluation Criteria​

Create evaluation criteria to grade students' work in tests.

Exports​

Export the course data.

Calendars​

Plan the course events and timeline.

See the students' answers to the course surveys.

Create a survey to measure satisfaction with the coach, and see the answers.

Exam Browser​

Turn on safe exam mode.
